Jil Sander, la proclamada reina del minimalismo en los 90's;y quien tomara de nuevo el mando de su propia marca luego de idas y venidas, nos presenta una colección en donde el punto alto lo pone la presencia de estampados en algunos looks de la temporada. Sander lo ve como una forma de extenderse.Tal vez la necesaria experimentación que cada diseñador debe realizar.La paleta de color que trabajó fue restringida a los blancos y negros, grises y ocre con acentos de coral, rojo y azul.Una limpieza en los cortes,casi clínica, y una silueta que iba desde lo más ceñido hasta la mezcla de proporciones sueltas y pegadas al cuerpo.Es un hombre que siempre está en control de sí mismo y tal vez por eso el uso de estampados no se sintió realmente logrado.
Además el uso de cueros plastificados en blanco y azul le dieron textura a algunas de las piezas.Aún así Sander debe encontrar su modo de trabajar estampados para no caer en lo obvio.Voilá

Her color palette was restricted to a neutral tones like black,white, ochre and gray with accents in coral, neon, red and dark blue. A very clean cuts,almost clinical and a silhouette that went from slim to a mix of proportions.It's a man who seems to be in control all the time and maybe that's why you can´t buy the use of prints here.
Also, the use of glossy leather pieces, in white and dark blue, gives the collection something rich in textures.The designer have to find her way to work prints and keep trying the unexpected.Voilá
